When the phone rang at Domina Law on a Saturday in April 2013 Brian Jorde took the call. The caller wondered if something could be done about his aunt's estate and questioned a recent Will that attempted to cut the caller out of a sizable inheritance. Jorde drove to southern Iowa and investigated. A month later Domina Law filed a Will Contest lawsuit. "At the time the case began our client had nothing, but after aggressive discovery and review of historic bank accounts and other records we forced a mediation. When the mediation was over our client was a millionaire, it was a good day," stated Jorde.
